Cette année encore l'Université de Wageningen, à travers son Centre du Développement et de l'Innovation (CDI), organise le « Cours International en Décentralisation rurale et Gouvernance locale » aux Pays-Bas. Il aura lieu entre les 15 et 26 septembre 2014 et est ouvert à toute personne intéressée par le thème et activement impliquée dans les processus de changement en milieu rural.
