3.  Kagame ntayobewe ko inyandiko nka ziriya zandikwa n'abakozi bo muri Prezidensi, cyangwa se Ambassade y'u Rwanda i Kigali , Cyangwa se Ministere y'Ububanyi n'Amahanga maze bakazishyikira  Francois Hollande we agasinya  kuko aba yizeye abo abakozi bazi ibibazo byo muri buri gihugu kumurusha. Kandi na Kagame nawe ni uko abigenza.
