Museveni and Kagame invaded Rwanda from Oct 1990 to April 1994. The result of this invasion was the genocide of both Hutu and Tutsi. Kagame started the genocide even before April 1994 by killing Hutu civilians across the country.In addition to the assassination of the former president, these killings generated and accumulated the revenge among Hutu during this 4-year war.Commemoration events of the Rwandan genocide should not be just the time for complaints and blames about the Rwandan genocide.They should also be the time for Kagame and Museveni to acknowledge their responsibilities of what happened.I wish to tell both Museveni and Kagame this: Unfortunately, there is no cheap war !Thank you
