"Maze gufata  umwanya uhagije wo gusoma ubutumwa bw'abifuza gutanga  imfashanyo ; nifuje kugira icyo nsobanurira abangejejeho ubutumwa  bavuga ko bashaka gutanga imfashanyo " mw' izina rya Noble Marara " kimwe n'abavuga bati  "kubera  ikizere dufitiye Noble Marara" .

Mbanje kubashimira kubw' ikizere mungirira  akaba ari nacyo nshingiraho mbibutsa , bavandimwe, ko  umuntu yitangira  kandi agaharanira icyo yemeye ; byumvikana rero ko Noble Marara adashobora  kandi atagomba kwirengera cyangwa kugira icyo abazwa kumfashanyo itanzwe na kanaka kuko atanga kubera imyemerere ye bwite.  

Nubwo  iki gitekerezo gishobora kutakirwa neza ,  birakwiye ko nongera nkasubiramo ibyo navuze vuba aha  mbibutsa ko nsanga tugomba gusubiza ubucakura bushya bwa leta turwanya n' ibikorwa byitondewe kandi  birangwa n' ubushishozi bureba kure.

Nemera ko impinduka dukeneye idashobora  kuyoborwa n' uburakari  cyangwa  kwifuza imyanya .

Impinduka dukeneye igomba kuyoborwa n' inyota y' ubutabera n' uburinganire bw' abanyarwanda bose ntawe uhejwe.

Kuri njye,  opposition igomba gusaba  imfashanyo ari uko izi neza kandi yasobanura umushinga ishakira iyo mfashanyo, ikigamije nuko izakigeraho muburyo bwumvikana .

Nkaba mbasaba ko muri uru rugendo rwo guharanira impinduka murwatubyaye ,  twakomeza guharanira ukuri, tugakorana ubunyangamugayo  , tuzirikana ubudahemuka muri ibi bihe bigoranye by' amahwemo ."
