Bwana Kotana, on dit que le pouvoir corrompt, et que le pouvoir absolu corrompt absolument (il est difficile pour Mr Onana de tanser un pouvoir absolu en absolvant celui tout aussi absolu qui l'a précédé (au fait, un pouvoir élu "démocratiquement ne devient-il pas absolu, le temps de son mandat?)
