A cette parfaite analyse, pemettez une double petite bonification educative:
1- Habyarimana a consenti au revers par le fpr l'instant qu'il a pensé à négocier. On ne negocie pas dans la nuit alors qu'on detient le pouvoir, on allume des lumieres et on solutionne les problemes, par tous les moyens!
2- le fpr et Kagame ont su gagner la guerre en sanguinaires, mais helas ont ignoré vaincre. Le sociologue Laurien Ntezimana fit ce constat déjà en aout/octobre 1994. Pouvait-on s'attendre à mieux d'une rebellion? Ma reponse est NON! 25 ans après, Kagame ne sait toujours pas vaincre. Peut-il l'apprendre? Je crois! Comment? Par des des lumières constantes et permanentes. Pensons y!!
