Apparemment vous rapportez la nouvelle d'une annonce qui a été faite  début Mars mais vous semblez ignorer que l'Union Européenne sous pression des Lobbies de Kagame  s'est rétractée et a annoncé avoir admis de continuer à financer l'armée de Paul Kagame déployée au Mozambique. Prière essayer d'être à jour car les décisions politiques actuellement changent très vites et les réseaux sociaux aidant cela sème parfois des confusions comme dans ce cas-ci.
