Me. Ian Edwards umwunganizi mu by'amategeko wa Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza, aratangaza ko uwo yunganira adakwiriye guhamwa n'icyaha cyo gupfobya Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi, ngo kuko itegeko rigihana ridasobanutse neza kugeza ubu.

Imbere y'urukiko Umwongereza Me. Edwards wunganira Ingabire, yavuze ko guhamya Ingabire icyaha cyo gupfobya Jenoside bitari ngombwa, ngo kuko u Rwanda rwarenze ku masezerano mpuzamahanga rwashyizeho umukono ku bijyanye n'ubwisanzure bwa muntu mu kuvuga icyo atekereza ku bintu binyuranye mu gihugu.

Yavuze ko ijambo Ingabire yavuze ari igitekerezo cye cy'uko abona ibintu, ko atigeze ahakana ko mu Rwanda habaye Jenoside, ndetse ngo ntabwo rigaragaza urwango yari afitiye Abatutsi, ngo n'amahame agenga FDU–Inkingi ntabwo bahakana Jenoside yakorewe Abatutsi.

Urukiko rwasubitse urubanza ruvuga ko ruzasubukurwa kuya 24 Mata 2013 saa mbiri n'igice.
