Le Rwanda prêt à frapper en RD Congo

Les soldats rwandais sont prêts à mener des opérations en République démocratique du Congo si de nouveaux engins explosifs tombent au Rwanda, a mis en garde l'ambassadeur du pays à l'ONU aujourd'hui.

"S'ils ne mettent pas un terme à cela, nous agirons sans attendre et cela fera mal", a déclaré Eugène Richard Gasana après des discussions du Conseil de sécurité sur la reprise des combats entre armée et rebelles du M23 en RDC.

Aujourd'hui, des engins explosifs sont tombés en territoire rwandais et un porte-parole de l'armée rwandaise a accusé l'armée congolaise de "viser des civils".
