Conférence sous haute surveillance à Bruxelles de la présidente du parlement rwandais

La présidente du Parlement du Rwanda, Mme. Donatilla Mukabalisa, était en visite en Belgique du 27 novembre au 1er décembre 2013, avec une délégation de parlementaires du Rwanda.
L'association DRB-Rugari a organisé  pour cela, le samedi 30 novembre 2013 à 14h une rencontre-débat, sur le thème du programme « NDI UMUNYARWANDA »
C'était au  Husa Président, 44 Boulevard du Roi Albert II à1000 Bruxelles, près de la gare du nord.
Quand à notre compatriote Jeannot Kabuya du site banamikili.skyrock.com qui voulait bien entrer, il a été rabroué par des gros bras qui n'ont pas hésité de recourir à la police belge.
Étaient également indésirables, certains autres rwandais que l'organisation pointait du doigt et éjectait manu militari.
Et  en ce qui est du débat à l'intérieur de la salle, il n'y aura eu que cinq questions posées par des gens trillés au volet.
