Le CSA a adressé une mise en demeure à Canal+ pour un sketch parodique sur le génocide au Rwanda datant de décembre, qui, selon lui, portait atteinte à la dignité des victimes, malgré son intention humoristique, a annoncé le CSA mercredi. Fin décembre, Canal+ avait dit "regretter" l'interprétation de ce sketch, qui avait beaucoup choqué et fait l'objet d'une pétition sur internet.

"Le Conseil a considéré que certains propos tenus dans cette séquence portaient atteinte à la dignité de la personne humaine, en dépit du genre humoristique auquel elle entendait être rattachée", indique le communiqué.


Pour le Conseil, "de tels propos sont en eux-mêmes et quel que soit leur contexte, attentatoires aux personnes frappées par un génocide".
