Je suis au courant de ces flux migratoires survenus  après 1959. Pour votre information, le chercheur Verpooten a realisé   une etude rigoureuse qui démontre  la sous-estimation du nombre de Tutsis dans la prefecture de Gikongoro lors du recensement de 1991. Si l'auteur n'a pu trouver des données que pour cette seule prefecture, il est permis de penser que la pratique était generalisée  à tout le territore rwandais. J'ai joint une copie de l'étude en question.
