Lors d'une de ses visites au Canada, Kagame a été reçu par nulle autre
que Mme Huguette Labelle, présidente de l'ACDI, puis présidente de
Transparency International. C'est étrange et bizarre que des membres
des forces de l'ordre du Rwanda, des policiers, soient impliqués dans
le meurtre d'un agent d'une organisation internationale aussi
sensible. On n'a pas fini de voir les rebondissements de cette
affaire. Mais avec ces coltans du sang, tout peut arriver.
