Au Rwanda, l'avocate de l'opposante rwandaise, Victoire Ingabire, n'a pu rendre visite à sa cliente. Caroline Buisman dit avoir demandé, à deux reprises, un visa pour le Rwanda. Sans réponse, au bout de trois mois, elle est finalement entrée dans le pays avec un visa touristique. Jointe, par RFI, elle explique comment elle a été sommée de quitter le Rwanda.

Olivier Nduhungirehe @onduhungirehe@MugabeBob He probably used a French passport & got his Kenyan visa on arrival. He has no Rwandan passport or visa.
