With regard to malnutrition in Rwanda, there is even worse than what is depicted in that picture. 

Indeed, according to UNICEF, more than 50% of Rwandan children are stunted!

 

With regard to the picture of bodies whose hands are tied from the back, every body knows that these are the bodies from lake Rweru.

As you may know, the investigation into the origin of those is still going on by the Burundian government with the help of American experts.

Because Kagame knows the truth about the origin of those bodies, he is afraid of the outcome of those investigations.

That's why Kagame won't rest as long as Nkurunziza is in power.
Indeed, Kagame keeps trying to overthrow Nkurunziza using burundian refugees in the region.

His latest attempt was fortunately foiled in Tanzania a few days ago.
