Une petite question a vous, cher jeune Liza et compagnons.

Pouvez-vous nous confirmer si c'etait la 1ere fois que HE arrivait a Addis-Abeba et rencontrait un 1er ministre ethiopien?  Si HE avait par hasard un jour rencontre Meles Zenawi, puis Haile Mariam Dessalegn et en tant que vrai ami, pourquoi n'a-t-il pas avec sa diplomatie provoquer une telle reconciliation? 

N'est-ce pas la plutot une preuve que le changement au sommet de l'Etat plait et constitue en fait le veritable bonheur et la vraie voie de prosperite, contrairement a ce que chantent certains non sages?  

Disons donc, en accordant la palme a qui de droit, felicitation aux Ethiopiens bien lucides pour avoir reussi un changement et place ainsi au pouvoir un OROMO dont le resultat est deja grand..

De retour des JED, son Excellence Paul Kagame fait escale à Addis où il fait le premier contact avec le jeune nouveau premier ministre éthiopien. Toujours "results oriented" au service de la paix sur le continent, il urge le nouveau premier ministre de reprendre langue avec Asmara et de fumer le calumet de la paix. En moins d'un mois, les résultats ont pris de court le monde entier: les frères ennemis de la corne de l'Afrique se reembrassent. Opération réussie sans tambours ni trompettes.
