Difficile a repondre, cher Jeronimo!
Mais peut-etre que les occidentaux bien prets a venir au Rwanda le 7 Avril pensent que Dr Richard Sezibera est secretaire executif de l'Organisation des commemorations du 25e anniversaire du  genocide (voir paragraphe 3 de la lettre RSF).
