Très courageux effectivement ce Frank Habineza après l'assassinat de son VP. Quant au changement de ton sur le 3è mandat, il n'est pas étranger aux pressions des bailleurs de fonds (UK, USA). Le Rwanda étant trop dépendant des aides extérieures, on voit mal Kagame glisser sur la pente Nkurunziza.
