Mme Victoire INGABIRE UMUHOZA, Présidente des FDU-INKINGI, arrivée au RWANDA le 16 janvier 2010 pour participer aux élections présidentielles, fut incarcérée, après plusieurs mois en résidence surveillée et injustement condamnée par le pouvoir de KIGALI, à 15 ans de prison ferme.
