I concur with Himbara that Kimonyo is indeed a liar and disgrace. 

He has nothing to teach Kenyans, least of all, how to manage or treat raw sewage.

Here is why:

The images below show how the Kagame regime allows raw sewage to poison the environment and Rwanda's water system.
