Reka tunashimire Gavana (governor) wa North Province, bwana Jean M. Vianey Gatabazi, watujijuye mu buhinzi bw'ibimondi (ibirayi), adusobanulira ukuntu iyo bimaze kwera bishobora kubikwa mu milima andi mezi ane bidasaruwe. Gavana  yafashe neza amasomo universite yamwigishije, uko ibintu byali bili igihe yigaga.


Ibisaba udusobanuro ubu ni ibi: 

 1. Ese ni amoko yose y'ibirayi ashobora kubikwa igihe kirekire gutyo, ayakera n'ayubu? 

 2. Halya imbuto z'ibinyabijumba zera vuba ntizaba zinakunze kubora vuba? Ibi se ntibireba ibirayi?

 3. Halya ntitubona imbuto nshya barema  (halimwo na za OGM z'ibihingwa bimwe mu Rwanda rwubu) ngo zisimbure izasanzwe akenshi ziba zitalyoshye, zilimwo amazi, ibizi (eau, fibres), etc.  byinshi, ugasanga wa musaruro mwinshi zitanga uba wisasiye ubwiza n'ubudakemwa bw'izisimbuwe? Ibi se ntangaruka byagira ku kubikwa k'uwo musaruro mu milima?

 4. Ese ibirayi byeze byitwara kimwe iyo bitinze mu butaka bunyuranye: ahareka amazi nko mu materasi y'indinganire cyangwa se hahora hatose kubera invura nyinshi, ahashariye, ahabumbagatanye, ahagiye amafumbire ashobora kuba atakoreshejwe neza, etc. ?

 5. Halya nta birayi bisa neza inyuma, nyamara imbere bitameze neza bigomba kulibwa vuba kubera indwara? 


Ibi bibazo se Gavana yagize umwanya wo kubireba, maze atanga uliya mwanzuro we amaze kubisuzuma nk'umugronome, dore k'ubu abaRwanda bakora n'ibitangaza? Abaye atarabikoze rero, uyu mugabo wagiye kuli terrain ashobora kuba avuga ibili byo kurusha nyakubahwa Gavana, waba yatatiye ubunaralibonye ubuhanga bwe bumuha.
