Opposants désorientés,

Le challenge du Nouveau Rwanda c'est justement de sortir de cette dépendance  budgétaire que vous chantez à  tue-tête comme des robots. Cette dépendance  qui était  à  40% il y'a à  peine 2 ans se réduit comme peau de chagrin (17% aujourd'hui) ceci justement grâce  à  des stratégies aggressives de marketing du produit "Rwanda" comme ce deal gagnant-gagnant avec Arsenal. Cessez donc vos sauts de cabris et préparons-nous à engranger les dividendes de ce genre de deals innovateurs et intelligents
qui pourraient nous liberer de la tutelle budgétaire étrangère qui vous est apparemment si chère!
