Analyse Critique des Accords de Washington et Défense de la Souveraineté Congolaise

Introduction

Depuis plusieurs années, les tensions entre la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) et le Rwanda connaissent des hauts et des bas, mais la constante reste la même : Kigali continue à exercer une influence déstabilisatrice sur le territoire congolais, notamment à travers le soutien militaire et logistique au mouvement rebelle M23.

Malgré les multiples médiations internationales, notamment celles de Washington et de Doha, la paix véritable demeure un mirage. Récemment, un tournant diplomatique majeur a attiré l'attention : les Accords de Washington, censés relancer la coopération entre la RDC et le Rwanda sous la supervision des États-Unis.

Cependant, derrière cette façade de dialogue économique et d'intégration régionale se cache une réalité bien plus cynique. Ce projet ressemble davantage à un pot-de-vin diplomatique offert à Paul Kagame pour le dissuader de poursuivre son agression contre la RDC, plutôt qu'à une véritable démarche de paix.
